Our Panelized Kit Homes are an open panel system where wall panels are assembled in a factory environment, using state of the art equipment.
Essentially what is included in our kit homes is the "shell" of the house. The window and door openings are pre-framed, and the exterior sheathing is already applied.

We finished our first kit home project about 10 months after close of escrow on our construction loan. We're currently building our second kit home, and I will be adding new information to this site as time allows.
